Annual Wheel Insurance Program

Our annual wheel insurance program offers you the same for a period of 365 days from purchase. The insurace program offers:

• Replace all spokes and nipples with like spokes and nipples if you have managed to damage your spokes or have lost the balance of tension over time.
• Replace broken rims and rebuild on current hubs at the additional prices:
  • $75 (initial) + $300 for Carolina 3.5, 4.0 and 5.0
  • $75 (initial) + $450 for Carolina 5.0, 6.0 and Carolina 29ers
  • Replace cassette mechanism for a wheel upgrade you may have (ie from Shimano HG to Sram XD, or Campagnolo N3W).
• Annual overhaul of your wheels is included in the insurance ($65 value)
