With the release of Campagnolo's 12-speed road drivetrain system, the venerable Italian component icon has improved and refined their premium derailleur cable aensuring it works with all of their 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 speed mechanical shifting systems with Campagnolo's first coated stainless steel wound derailleur cable. The coating is secret, for now, but it's effects can be readily identified when you handle the cable. The coating is designed for longevity and will not rub off over time.

This EP Max Derailleur Cable is the smoothest Campagnolo has ever offered and a great upgrade. Ideally you install this with older shifters when they have been rebuilt or serviced for maximum advantage. The 11 speed system truly shines, and while it can't match the precision of 12-speed, even the most oblivious rider can feel the difference at the Ergopower UltraShift lever. C
