• From 2013 through 2021, the Killeen has been our pride and joy when it came to a light, stiff yet comfortable, responsive platform that could be ridden all day and still throw down in a criterium. Over that time, we learned a few things and like everything else, technology changes and progresses. With the mainstream adaptation of disc brakes and a movement toward internal routing, the new Killeen began to emerge. For the last two years Irish has been working to get that same feeling of the Killeen into a new cutting edge design that gives you all the feeling of our classic traditional frame in a cutting edge disc brake aero format. After many starts and stops, the new Killeen has finally arrived.

• Constructed of 100% U.S. sourced Toray Carbon fiber, a generous blend of T700, T800 and T1000 carbon was employed to maximize both the ride quality and also the weight of the frame and fork combination. The trick was to balance the emerging design characteristics of aero frame with comfort characteristics that enable an all-day ride. When you look at the new Killeen you can see where the DNA of the classic frame was carried over in the mono-block bottom bracket, tapered head tube and the chain stays which has been modified to accept discs. It continues through the tapered 1 1/8 to 1.5" headtube and our "Direct Drive" fork configuration tied a quick but comfortable geometry.

• Included in the aero seat post, headset with Cane Creek bearings, and an integrated bar and stem combination ranging between 38cm width and 90cm stem to 110mm and 44cm bar at the large and XL frames. • The KIlleen is sized similiar to our Tir na nOg IIIs more than a traditional diamond road frames. When measuring, it's important to take into account the top tube length and the head tube when determining your size or better yet please visit one of our dealers or give us a call. Frames are available in Extra Small -roughly a 50m classic diamond frame,, Small- 52cm classic frame, Medium - 55-6cm classic frame, Large -57-58cm classic frame.  All frames utilize a BB86 bottom bracket and are 142 rear spacing.
