Shipping & Returns

• Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday ship the following  Monday.
• All items in order must be in-stock to ship same day.
• Some in-stock items need extra lead time to be built/inspected (i.e. bikes, frames, wheels). Most bikes, frames & wheels will ship same or next day, but can take up to 7 business days to be built/inspected before shipping.
• Customer and/or address verifications may delay shipment. Please make sure all your information is accurate before submitting your order to avoid delays.  

Warranties and Returns:

• All warranties and returns will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the manufacturer's policies and warranty periods. Records of sales are kept with Irish in order to enable customer's to quickly coordinate warranty work. All warranty shipping will be covered by Irish Cycles. 
• Returns based on a customer no longer wanting an item or ordering the wrong item are subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, in certain circumstances, this maybe waived by Irish Cycles. Remose returns require returnee to provide for shipping charge. 
• Customers have 7 x days to return products from receipt for defective or broken item. We request all packaging to be kept on hand. For those items damaged in transit by the carrier, Irish Cycles will work directly with the customer based on each shipper's requirements to document damange and containerization. Irish will work to replace damanged items from shipping directly with the customer to get them riding as soon as possible. 
• Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Items that have been installed are subject to a technical evaluation on whether they are serviceable or in "as new" condition; items deemed not "as new" are not returnable. Frames modified, altered, or pressed with bearing assemblies are not returnable. Cut forks and seat mast products are not returnable. Intimate wear (bibs, shorts, gloves) are not returnable.
